New “IM” Reference Service

The Library’s Reference Desk is now offering to answer your questions via IM (Instant Messaging) service. This service allows students and faculty to quickly chat online with a Librarian. Our new IM service is available during normal library hours and can be quickly accessed by clicking on the Ask A Librarian icon on the Library’s Home Page.
