The 1st floor is noisy!

Can staff at the library please encourage students to follow basic
library courtesies? It has been quite difficult studying in the
library the past few weeks because of individuals talking to one
another in normal to loud voices, people talking on their cell phones,
etc. I have witnessed library staff completely ignoring all of this
and it is pretty discouraging.

Hello Bill. I will talk with our reference coordinator and the reference librarians and ask them to take a more active role in helping reduce this problem. Thanks for voicing your concerns.
